The area that I live in is called Aylesbury Vale 007C.
Collected data shows that there are no derelict buildings or vacant building sites located in this SOA.
The area I live in does represent a sustainable community, it recycles a lot, we have bins especially for glass, plastic, paper and tins, although we do not have any recycling bins or bags for green waste, this could make this area much more sustainable.
From my memory, any large areas in my area that have been vacant and haven't been green areas, have had better quality homes or other high quality buildings built on them straight away, no area is left vacant. For example the old retirement home in my village was getting old, so was knocked down and brand new top quality retirement home was built. This creates more jobs for people in the local area reducing unemployment.
As i live in a rural area, there is very little pollution created, the only problem is that if we require any provision we need to drive to the local town which is over a mile away.
Recently community support offices have started to be employed in this area, this helps to reduce anti-social behaviour and reduce extremism.
